What do you need to do to fund your Paynet Mastercard through MIA?

How much money can you transfer?
-The maximum amount per transaction is 5000 mdl
-The maximum free monthly transfer amount is 10000 mdl
-Maximum transfer amount via MIA monthly is 30000 mln USD
-After 10000 MDL the commission will be 0.5% of the transfer amount, but not more than 5 MDL
